The club's partnership coordinator and secretary handles, among other things, international relations, communication, and the administration of grants and payments and club's daily business. On going project for Krista is organising European level skills transfer on adaptable self defence and martial arts.
Krista has several professional qualifications in the field, such as AIT (Upper Vocational Qualification in Property Management), ITS (Vocational Qualification in Property Management), and IAT (Further Vocational Qualification in Property Management), and her experience as a property manager and supervisor of receptionists gives her strong competence in handling the club's affairs as well.
Krista has completed a training course for instructors of Applied Wheelchair Self-Defense as part of an Erasmus+ Sport project, which she also manages. Krista also manages groups for the club focused on neuropsychiatric (NEPSY) issues, detachment from violence, and those at risk of social exclusion, funded by a grant from the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Krista is involved in the Raisio Reservists and the National Defence Training Association of Finland (MPK), for example, as a volunteer steward and first aid personnel at events, and she is an active participant in MPK courses, most recently as a trainer on the Special Groups Security Course.
For this purpose, Krista has trained in Finnish Red Cross First Aid 1 (SPR EA1), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care 1 & 2 (TECC 1&2), and as a Tactical Medic. Krista also enjoys Kuzuri Kai Ju Jutsu and escrima as hobbies.
